I like to give credit where credit is due.
WordPress is probably the best piece of software on the net today. That it remains ‘open source’ despite its’ capabilities and flexibilities is truly amazing and is solely due to the commitment of the members of the WordPress community. These guys consistently produce and support professional grade software that they freely share with their Internet family, and few of them even consider charging for their efforts. They are continuing the original spirit of the Internet when the byword was ‘knowledge wants to be free’. Money is scarce in the current economic downturn and no one knows that better than I, but I try to contribute a few bucks here and there to the programmers and designers who create the software that runs my site. I encourage you to do likewise.
